Sister Snow spoke of the rapid growth of the Relief Societies, & the great good resulting therefrom. Exhorted the sisters to be united in sustaining home manufacture. Her remarks were more especially concerning Silk culture. Advised that the Co. [county] be organized into a Stake Silk Association. Said it would be necessary to have machinery.
