The meeting was called to order by Sister Elizah [Eliza] R. Snow who asked the children a few questions about their association [. . .]

Sister Elizah R. Snow adressed the children This is your meeting and I want you to sit still and look at me so I can tell you about it. She said can you tell me who God loves? The children said, God loved good little children. When I was a little girl my mother told me that if I told a lie God would hear me if no one else did, and that it was very wicked to lie.

Asked them who was the Latter Day Saints doctor? and they answered God.

She told them that God could see them all the time and knew whether they were doing right or wrong, and would have it put on a book which was kept for that purpose. We want you while young, to have your minds stored with good.

Told them if they would attend their meetings they would learn to be good children, and hoped that they all did. She told the children that the 21st of next month she would be seventy six years old, and that she was going to get a hymn book for Primary Associations.

Brother Franklin S. Richards said Dear little children I want you to look at me and be just as quiet as you can. Asked the children what they saw on the ground as they came to meeting? They answered snow. Do you know anyone by that name? They answered yes Sister Snow. He then told them that Sister Elizah R. Snow was the wife of the Prophet Joseph Smith. [. . .]

Sister Jane S. Richards said [. . .] She asked the children if they would like Sister Elizah R. Snow to come next time, to which they answered yes, and bring Brother John Taylor.

She thanked the children for coming out in such bad weather, and prayed that the Lord would bless them all.
