Mrs A. [Emila D.] Madson I am very weak, but thankful to be a membr of the R S. I believe the sisters of our society are as willi[n]g as any to donate [. . .] I think the people of the world could see us sister labors thy certenly would not call us down-trod[d]en I pray God to help us all to continue to the end Ame[n]

The remarks of sit [sister] Madson are true and lit up by intelligence given by the Holy Spirit I often listen to the testimonies of the sist with admeratio [admiration] We should always be [page damage] [p. 125] I wish to mantain my Covenents by sustaing the Coop [co-op] and would recomend the sister to do the same I hope the saints will be one I have praised my sister here in B C [Brigham City] M[a]y God bless us to meet in the eternal world with all the blessings of the redeemed Amen
