This year has been very full of incidents for me– My last visit with my husband in my own home, my trip to Washington & New England, New York etc. Meetings with relatives association with press women on such familiar terms– my return to the his death bed– the visit of Mell from Idaho, the coming home of Belle and her family– the Manifesto and the end of the practise of plural marriage, so much to sadden the year and reset its days its incidents in one’es memory– the disruption of the People’s party & the formation on National lines of Republicans and Democratic parties & the Liberals still keep in tact– [p. 398] {p. 348}
